  1. Just because you discovered you had degenerative disease doesn’t mean it was caused by the car accident. In fact, I’ve NEVER heard of a car accident causing a disease…

  2. Exactly, no car accident has ever caused DD

  3. The corporate Hitlers are terroring injured victims! Major Fraud from their corporate lawyers because the Plaintiff’s don’t have enough professional lawyers to help them.!

  4. I had Progressive Insurence 5 yrs back. Brand new Pontiac and installed Sound System worth 4 grand. They said if it gets stolen it would cover the entire cost of my car and sound system. 1 yr later car gets stolen, they accused me of fraud yet no proof that i did it… they investaged, took 8 months when i got the check I & only recieve 12 grand (my car/sound in total worth 45grand!), they said my insurence only covers how much my car is now worth from the day it was stolen…

  5. I was pissed off and argue with em they said,” well if your car was stolen in 3 more yrs it would of cover it all up but it was stolen with 1 yr so thats why I only got 12 grand & 17 dollars to my sterio”. I argue and said,” How the thiefs gonna know I only had 1 yr, there not gonna care there just gonna steal it when the oppertunity comes”. I told em,” why did you guys never told me first time, plus you people told me it would cover it all up,” Oh… well somtimes our workers forget, sorry”.

  6. the insurance board where I live is lobbying for rates to be hiked 40%, and for the speed limits to be lowered significantly all across the province. I hate these fuckers

  8. DJD (degenerative joint disease) or DDD ( degenerative disc disease) is generally a progressive disease. Meaning that it occurs over time generally starting in individuals of 30 plus years. However it’s a known fact medically fact trauma ie accelerates the disease process. The us making it worse. I think you miss the point. the motor vehicle collision is the mechanism of injury and not the etiological manifestation of DDD. Watch the video a little closer next time.

  9. It doesn’t matter, auto insurance covers injuries CAUSED by accidents. if it isn’t CAUSED by the accident IT ISN’T COVERAGE, period. That’s what health insurance is for.

  10. When All State began airing their “New Car Replacement” commercial here in California, I called to ask about the offer, they told me that it wasn’t currently being offered to California drivers!?

Doesn’t that constitute bait-and-switch on their part?

  11. It would seem that people need some other type of disability coverage to protect themselves from these auto insurance giants. The one woman with back injury history also seems to me as doubtful.

Being judged by peers should mean people who are aware of these insurance giants and their rejection histories as well.

Some people also look more inocent than others.

I have PIP in Mi which is personal injury protection. I just found out it’s only basic or limited to $10,000.

  12. Are you spending too much on your Auto Insurance Compare rates and save up to 40%-60% on your actual Rate Bestlow-insurance . c o m

  13. We were in an auto accident, paid our insurance premiums on time monthly for 3 years at $300+ monthly, only to discover, disable veterans get a better rate through the government! In addition, Progressive took the claim & refused to talk with after that. Carolyn Cleland is a real HAG who I hope drops dead by the end of the year! And Progressive is a company that deserves sued to hell! This is the most horrible insurance company in the world.

  14. Good for State Farm!! Too many people get into a little fender bender or get rear ended and all they see is payday!! If you’re gonna go after the insurance for bodily injury!! You better have some bodily injury. No way that woman was injured from that little accident!! The insurance company’s know that people are trying to milk it!! I used to work ina body shop and met many people who flat out told me they were fine but the accident looked bad enough that they thought they could claim injuries!

Id go with Allstate. The average driver saves over $396 with them. You can call them up at 1-888-880-6540 for a free quote.

  17. there are fraudulent cases, but there are also real cases. studies show that “small impacts” doesn’t always equal “small injuries.”

And when it comes to cheaper policies – you get what you pay for.

  18. I agree with 99% of this report. The only thing that was not discussed was the amount of coverage the other driver had. Here’s the kicker, I’m an insurance agent that has lots of friends in the insurance business. I can tell you with 100% certainty that there are insurance companies out there that have turned their claims departments into profit centers. I cannot mention names because I could lose my licenses. It is fundamentally wrong to automatically deny claims.

  19. @wanghes unfortunately no. You may ask why. It’s not bait and switch because Allstate’s new car replacement actually would cost more to endorse to your policy. I am no Allstate fan, but that happens all the time.

  21. I was in an accident, the other driver was at fault on a suspended license, Torn Rotator Cuff for Me in need of surgery with a Skull Fracture and fired from my job.
